When would DVC pts be available for booking DLP in Nov?

I am considering going to Paris in November and would like to use DVC points at the resort. At this point they are not yet taking reservations with DVC points, does anyone know when these are typically released? Member services did not know and said to check back every few weeks.

Seems odd, doesn't it, since the points charts are out and everything for that trip? I would try calling MS again and seeing if you get a different answer or see if anyone on the DLP board has an answer. Just a suggestion . . .

Yeah, It does seem very odd. I don't understand why they don't seem to know when you'll be able to book using points.

Living in the UK, I really wish that they'd open some specific DVC accomodation at DLP, as the points needed to stay in the hotels are pretty steep.

Quick question on DLP with points. Did mine eyes deceive me or does the points book state that park tickets are included with your stay at a DLP resort? If so, that would make it a better value...

Went to DLP in 2001 and enjoyed it very much except for that Indiana Jones Roller Coaster.

I just had a look and you are right, the points use does include entry to the parks, so its not too bad after all.

It does indeed include park tickets(if staying one night, two days tickets) and also a buffet breakfast at your hotel.

Have used points for Disneyland Paris at the New York hotel and had to wait for what seemed ages until the points were announced. They are steep but as stated do include park tickets and breakfast and of course all hotels are walking distance to the two parks.

Apparently disney sold off the "earmarked" timeshare site to Marriotts so it would be extremely unlikey there would be a DVC resort at Disneyland Paris but hey you never know what could happen in the next 50 years!!
