When will the "new stuff" open?

Anybody got a list complied of all the "new stuff" coming to the parks and when it's (currently) scheduled to open? From my best memory:

-Froway: Spring 2016
-Rivers of Light: Spring 2016
-Jungle Cruise-themed restaurant: ??
-Avatar: Spring 2017 (I thought it was fall 2016, but saw 2017 somewhere)
-SW Launch Bay: ??

What else am I missing?

We're also supposed to be getting some new scene(s) for Star Tours; that was talked about in conjunction with SW Launch Bay happening by the end of 2015, I think.
