When will the last of the FTP people be gone?

Was reading on another board that crowds are larger than usual - and expected to stay that way thru the normally "uncrowded" season due to FTP - and I was wondering when the last of them would be gone..

I didn't pay any attention to the dates so I don't know where the cut/off line was.. Will people still be there on the FTP in early December? We'll be down there the 2nd to the 11th and I'm just wondering how crowded it might be..

I think the FTP is over at the end of November, unless Disney decides to do it again for the winter. . . .

The last day to check in for the FTP is Nov. 20th. So unless people checking in that day plan on staying 2 weeks, there probably won't unusual crowds in early Dec. Unless of course, as the previous poster stated, Disney brings back the FTP.

Sure hope I didn't offend any of the FTP folks 'cause that wasn't my intent at all.. Just trying to get a handle on the crowd factor..

I think there's really two things going on here.. The FTP - and the child tax rebate - that is accounting for larger than usual crowds..

I finally bought our airline tickets last week for December and I literally had to "take what we could get" - at the expense of shortening our trip because all of the flights are booked!! Lots and lots of people flying to and from Orlando in the Nov. 27th to mid-December time frame..

I don't think the crowds will be anywhere near as small as past years but as long as it's not a "mob scene", I'll be happy!

Starting tomorrow a new package comes out that's good for Nov.-Feb. 11. It's not as good as the FTP, but I'm sure it'll pull in more visitors.

I'm thinking of using during Christmas break.
