When will the first BLT show up on TTS for sale?

Regarding picking up resale points: I'm keeping my options open and an eye on what's out there. I think if/when the market is right I would like to get some BLT points. Whether I buy resale vs DVC directly will depend on cost -- taking into account incentives.

I believe that over the next year the cost will come down rather than go up.

Yes, it looks like a number of resorts are selling at less per point than the original selling price. Maybe the small BLT contracts will be the exception to this trend considering that they'll be unavailable from Disney after 1/15/09?
