When will the Elio plushies get released at Disney Store?

I saw that Disney has announced Elio plushies in honor of the new movie and I'm curious to know when they will debut at Disney Store? And do some of the Elio plushies have a talking feature too? Because I noticed that one of the Elio plushies talks

I went to Disney Store to see if the Elio plushies have been released and there was no trace of Elio plushies and all they had was Inside Out 2 plushies and Toy Story plushies and Finding Dory plushies. You might think that with Elio opening Friday Disney Store would already put the Elio plushies out. But I know Walmart has some Elio toys along with plushies that have been released

That's weird that Elio plushies are only sold at Disney Parks because you might think that Disney Store would've had them as well but I checked again to make sure at Disney Store and once again they still had Inside Out 2 plushies and I also checked JCPenney for Elio plushies too and they had none as well. It shocks me that Disney did this to the Elio plushies and they should've been sold at Disney Store as well. After all Elemental plushies were sold at Disney Store when Elemental debuted in theaters. Did Mattel release Elio plushies too? Because I noticed that Walmart has a set of Elio plushies in the Elio toys they have
