When will rates come out for Oct. 2004?

So far we have thru April 2004, anyone know when the rest of the year will come out?

I'm waiting to book back to back Magic cruises in stateroom 8032 for the first two weeks of September, 2004. I was told they should start booking around late November or early December.

The downpayment money is burning a hole in my pocket.
