When will Plaza ADRs open up?

Long story short, our window opened on July 10th and we were able to get all our choices except Plaza. There were no times available at all, and even to today, all restaurants have availablility including BOG, for our stay.
I called and was told that the Plaza has not been released yet for ADRs for our window (January 6-15th) have not opened up even though most others have.

We just love their fried chicken!

Just wondering if this is the norm?

I think I read the Plaza Inn is keeping a bunch of their reservations back for walk-ups now. Is it possible the few that were left are gone already?

Anything is possible, but I was on the phone at 7:10 a.m. when our window opened up and there were none then and that was also for the 10 days out. More and more it sounds like they didn't release any, I just don't understand why.I'll just have to check every so often.
