When will my dues statement come?

Well, I got my WL statement. But, i added on 250 points at SSR in December and haven't had a dues statement. When is it likely to come and when will I have to pay. I bought it on a seperate contract to the other - so could that be causing the delay? Also, how much will i pay? They gave me August 2005 points too, so will I pay 2 full years of dues when the statement comes?

You can call member accounting if you want to check on it. Our dues statements followed our closings about 60 days later. Don't know if it might take longer at year-end when they have the mass dues mailings and payments to handle.

If you purchased direct from DVC, you should only pay prorated dues for 2005 based on your date of purchase. If you purchased in December, it should only be a small amount for 2005.

That's excellent news. I really thought i would have to pay for the whole of 2005 points. So - that means that most of my 2005 points will be dues free right? My next add on will definitely be in December.

I believe you paid your annual dues when you bought your add-on. I was told that was part of the fees. I'm adding on now and I think she said I had to pay the maint fees now. Check out your account on the website. The statements are online.
