When will I be able to plan on Disney.com?

Trying to start planning our trip for Mardi Gras next year, yes that's right...I need something to plan and I cant wait to get started...when will I be able to plan and compare room rates for 2016 on Disney.com? Anyone know when the rates for 2016 become available?

They should come out this summer - I think they've been coming out in June the last couple years.
