Hi,

We stayed a few nights at the Dolphin in September and when I ask for them to print my boarding pass...they directed me to a computer kiosk. There were 2 computers with a printer right there...all the airlines were already downloaded you just clicked and were taken to their sites. It was great!!

Will Disney be adding these to any of our DVC sites??

Thanks,

Not unless regular Disney resorts also have this service. Swan/Dolphin, of course, are not operated by Disney, and do they have the airline luggage service kiosks that can check you in, and print your boarding pass, for most airlines.

The conceirge desks in the Disney hotel lobby can also usually print your boarding passes.

All DVC and Disney resorts will print your boarding pass if you go to the concierge desk. We do it all the time. There is also luggage check in for specific airlines.

I had such a great experience at Epcot this week when I needed to print boarding passes for Southwest. I went to Guest Relations and asked if they could print them for me. They brought me back in the office area and gave me a computer to sit at. They said just print it out and if I needed to check my email I could do that to. What nice CM's: they made it so easy.

Sounds way too technologically advanced for DVC. We just got the VHS tape players replaced with DVD, and we're still working on getting wi-fi and flat screens everywhere. I think this a bit too much chew at the moment. Maybe in a couple of years. ;)

DW and I were there in early September and we fly AirTran. They printed the boarding passes and slipped them under our door the morning of our departure from the BCV.

That's what I was going to say.
At SSR in July, they just attached my new boarding passes to my door. I thought it was at SSR check-in they asked if we wanted our boarding passes printed, so we said "Sure!" and got them delevered on or by check-out day!

Disney might be able to save $ by replacing those service human CM's with machines, but I do not see how they could make it easier for us.

Thanks so much for that suggestion. I don't know why we never thought or asked about this! I will make sure to do it this time!

I may try this as well, just in case we are in the parks a day before we leave!!!
