When will 2013 dates be available?

Does anyone know when it will be possible to book dates in 2013? I know, I know, I am way ahead of schedule but circumstances are such that we won't be able to go in 2012 so I'm itching to start planning our 2013 trip.

You can call and book 2013 dates now. They charge the highest 2012 rate as your deposit, and adjust your total cost accordingly at check in.

Thanks for the info! You can't book 2013 dates online yet though, and I should have been specific - that is what I'm really looking for. I like to cost-compare online first but always end up booking via phone (usually there are discounts for military and you either need to book those with Disney or a travel agent).

Actually, 2013 room rates are available at this time. Packages are not but the room rates are set...

New rates usually come out in August, but as DebbieB said, the 2012 rates came out in June 2011. I would start looking for the 2013 rates in June, just in case they come out early like last year.

You can book room only by calling, which will be quoted at the highest rate for 2012, like Keith said. You will be required to make a deposit equal to 1 night's room rate + tax, with the balance due at check in. Your ressie will be adjusted to the correct rate once the 2013 rates are released. If you want to book a package or book online, you have to wait until the 2013 rates are released.

If pkg is needed....your Room is CANCELLED and

you book a PKG reservation......deposit is REFUNDED TO CARD etc.....NEW DEPOSIT for new pkg reservation.....

The 2013 room only rates have been out since 12/29/11. The package rates will be out sometime soon. But like someone else said, if you book the room only rate, you'll need to cancel and rebook a package if that's what you want when the 2013 tickets and dining rates come out. We don't get the dining plans so I just booked all our room only reservations already with our TA and I'll get my ticket from UT

This is great information, I was wondering about it too! May I ask if there is a link or a chart or something that shows 2012 room only rates and the new 2013 room only rates for a comparison? I know I have to call but I am trying to come up with a budget and a list would help decide.
