What time of year does the next years rates for WDW come out?

Should be any time now. Last year, 2008 room-only and package rates were both released on August 5. In previous years, Disney has released room-only rates before package rates by a couple of months, but since they are not out yet, I'd be watching for them to come with package rates.

ughh... I look everyday. I know they probably wont come out for a couple more weeks, but I just cant help myself.
