When will 2003 room rates come out for AP's

Does anyone know, or can take an educated guess as to when AP rates for January 2003 will be released?

AP rates for January thru mid-Febraury '02 came out in mid-December. However, there were code rates (that were just about as good) that came out in mid-October.
