Check-In Approval

I checked in ten days ago & our "Guest Information" still says 'Pending Approval.' Never saw this before but haven't been on DCL for a few years; does anyone know how long it takes to be approved? Or what may be the hold up? What are they actually approving?
We actually start our travels prior to this February 20th cruise next Friday the 30th & would like to have all our details wrapped up by then.

Totally normal. They are reviewing the information you provided to ensure that it meets their requirements. I have been "pending approval" up to 2 days before my cruise.

Rule of thumb from CM's is, if not approved 5 days before the cruise give them a call.
