I would need to see what kind of flour to substitute , so many things with acids. I had to give up my most favorite thing, my milk

Sorry Nancy did not see your comment about the flour. I guess it could all depend on the recipe. Some of the other flour's are so darned expensive for small bags. I can't keep affording everything. So if I have to have something specific that is costly I skip it.
