Does anyone know last rehab on HH and what was done. The pics I saw were dark and dreary looking.

They do soft rehab every 5 years replacing bedding, etc. I would not expect to see them redo the choice of bedding and furniture as it fits their theme.

I certainly hope they don't.

It is brighter in person, as to light, but the fabrics are darker colors to fit the theme of South Carolina low country fishing lodge. If you prefer lighter colors, Vero Beach would appeal to you.

Thanks for the response. I don't mind the dark colors. Just hoping there is plenty of daylight in the rooms. Do all DVC get minor rehabs every 5 years?

There are lots of Oak trees at Hilton Head. They have strange dry moss hanging from them. Nice balcony's with 2 rocking chairs. The main lodge building is nice. HH has a campground feel to it.

We stayed in a 1BR at HHI in October. We thought it was WONDERFUL! :lovestruc Beautiful and in great shape. The dining table had a few scratches and the picnic table on the deck was a little used but overall, it was fabulous. We said our second favorite villa (OKW being the first). The size is HUGE compared to the BCV & BWV 1BRs though not quite as large as OKW. The decor is dark but fits the theme excellently.
