When to visit?

Hi! My daughter & I are trying to plan a short trip so she can see the Halloween setup. We are thinking of doing 9/30-10/3 or the following 10/7-10/10. We are driving and looking at booking offsite, and want to do 2 park days (MK & HS). Maybe have a breakfast at topolino's but want to do the Minnie dinner at HS too!
I guess my question here is which week would be better/less crowded? I have read a few posts of people saying they have passes that expire first week of Oct so I don't know if that is a factor or just a coincidence that I've seen multiple people mention this.

With the shut down and limited capacity the crowds will be low regardless so I don’t think it really matters.

I'm guessing that even with the capacity limitations right now, it will still be more crowded closer to Halloween. I would guess that going anytime in early October would be manageable with crowds!
