We are heading down in September. For purely crowd reasons would I be better to use them

Tues, Weds, Thurs (18, 19, 20)
Will there be a very big difference at all in crowd size on Monday vs Thursday?
By the way, in case anyone is interested, in September there are flights leaving LGB to SEA for $55!!! Alaska Air!
