It'll be our 10th anniversary Dec. 31st and I was thinking of taking my DH on a short surprise trip to WDW. Which dates do you think are good: Dec. 4-7/8th or Dec. 11-14/15th??
I got an AP for our trip last month and it expires 1/5/07 and my DDE expires at the end of Dec. so I can't go in January as I had hoped. I'm trying to do this at low cost too. A few advantages are the I already have a ticket, we're DVC so that takes care of the room and my DDE would still be good.
I've read that crowd levels are low between Thanksgivng and the week before Christmas. So that would be good since I don't deal well with crowds. I was also wondering about the weather and Mousefest.

Thanks! for the help! :wave2:

4-7 definetly
most everyone will be gone, in my opinion, since it is right after Thanksgiving and people will be back to work/school

I asked the same question on these boards and the majority was that 1st full week of December vs. the 2nd one. So that's when we're going--Dec 3rd-7th. ;)

I was just at the parks last December 5-11, then the cruise 11-16. It was SO crowded. Everyone we asked said it was completly empty the week before, so I would go as close to Thanksgiving as possible. Also, I expected the cruise to be slow, but it was SOLD OUTwith hundreds of kids on board. Apparently, there are alot of people who don't mind taking their kids out of school (like me)
