We will be at WDW from 3/10/04-3/20/04. I was looking at the park hours and noticed that the week of 3/8-3/12 the parks close earlier. Is this an indication that they expect a busier time the following week?

yes, that's exactly what it means....park hours are set based on historical attendance....they will adjust the hours sometimes if it gets more crowded than expected...
