When to go??

Every time we’ve been to Disney has been the end of November/first of December. It’s my favorite time of year to go for many reasons. However, this year my nephew who goes with us will be in high school and can’t miss enough school days to go that time of year. So we’re stuck deciding between the week after Easter, his spring break, or the second week in June when school is out. Since we’ve never been at either of these times I don’t know which week would be best. Which date would you recommend?

Can you define what “best” means to you (e.g. low crowds, mild weather, park hours, events)?

The week after Easter will be crowded not as bad as Christmas’s New Years but very close to those crowds. Easter next year will fall late April so it could be quite hot.

June should not be that bad crowd wise but will be very hot

Both should have longer hours.

My criteria are what dates work for work schedules and crowds. Weather is a non-issue for us since the heat doesn't really bother us. If it were me I would go in June due to anticipated lower crowds BUT I will say since Easter is so late, there may not be as many spring breakers as usual. My kids break is April 15-19 so there may be a predicted drop off by April 22.

I'd go the second week in June the week of Easter and the week after Easter are notoriously packed.

Another vote for June. April has become ridiculous for crowds.
