We are planning a trip to US/IOU, DC and SW for 2014. We live in MA. Presidents Day is during February Vacation and Easter during April. Which is the lesser of 2 evils?

We are planning a trip to US/IOU, DC and SW for 2014. We live in MA. Presidents Day is during February Vacation and Easter during April. Which is the lesser of 2 evils?

Weather wise April is better but crowd wise go with February. The weather is anyone's guess though so keep that in mind.
