When to get tickets

We are staying at Swan December 25-28. Plan on getting 3 day park hopper. Is it ok to wait to get tickets 60 days out since I can’t make any reservations until then? I just noticed that you have to reserve your days for which park you want to go to in advance. Sorry if this seems like a dumb question. A lot has changed since we were last there. Thanks!

Dining reservations are 60 days out. Park reservations for Christmas time can be made now if you have a ticket.

You can reserve park as soon as you have a ticket. Waiting could allow for your park days to fill up. I wouldn't wait on anything right now.

For that time of year, I would not wait to buy tickets until right before the 60 day mark! That’s the busiest time of year and you may not get a park reservation for the park you want on the day you want.

I apologize if this has been asked before...I intend to make an April 2022 reservation at POFQ. IF a discount comes out later that can be applied, my understanding is that the original room reservation will need to be canceled and re-created. If I buy the tickets and make the park reservations now, would this cancellation/re-registration nullify the park reservation?

Package tickets or separate from the resort? Actually — theme park reservations don’t immediately cancel so you should be fine either way. It is recommended you get new tickets linked before canceling a package just in case. If cancelling and rebooking a package, it should be fine.

Get your tickets now and make your park reservations. The prices never go down and there is a chance they might go up.
