When to get discount rates for HHN?

Planning a trip to Halloween Horror night in early oct. There are no fan or ent rates yet. Want to stay at HRH. Getting a rack rate of $249. What kind of discounted rate can I hope to get and when will they be released?

Thanks for any help, just don't want to wait too long and it be sold out.

Last year I waited until July to book and ended up getting $129 at the RPR. However this year with the lack of discounts available it would be anyone's guess as to if they will discount at all this October.
