When to do program?

I've always wanted to do the College Program, but I've been leery about it. I'd be behind on graduating college. I'm nervous about not really knowing people there. It's so far away from home, and I've always lived pretty close to my family.

So lately, I've been teetering around with the idea of doing the CP the summer/fall after I graduate undergrad. I'll have to make a decision sometime soon because I'll have to either apply to Grad/Law school within the next year, same as applying for the CP. I'm going into my Junior year at LSU.

I'm just having problems deciding what to do....During college or right after? Either way....I probably wouldn't take classes at Disney....

What do you think?

I am graduating this december and have been putting off doing the CP for the semester after I graduate. Im debating about that now, because I just don't know how that will work out... but I want to work at Disney for a career and I feel that is the only way to do it..unless I just get a job there. I sort of regret not doing it while in college, but I think if you really want to do it, then after undergraduate would be a great time. I just didn't do it during school, because i didn't want to be behind on graduating. good Luck on your decision!

I participated in the CP program 2 summers ago, right after I finished my undergrad degree. There are pros and cons to doing the program right after graduating. If you plan on working for the company, it's a great idea so that you can move into a FT role right after the program ends, otherwise, it's quite hard to go back home and find a job 7 months after everyone else has already been looking. I suppose you just need to look at what fits your lifestyle and needs, and figure out what's the best decision for you .... Good luck with everything!
