When to call?

Hello All! I have been peeking around here for a while. But, as I just got engaged on Monday at Epcot, I am officially starting to plan! WOOHOO!!! My question is when should I call the wedding planners? We believe the date we want to set is 01.11.2011 is it too soon to call for more info? Thanks a bunch!

Congratulations!! That sounds like a great date. You can call when you're ready. But you don't normally get assigned an sales coordinator until about a year out for an Escape wedding (18 guests or less) or at 18 months for a Wishes wedding.

All this information is subjective. It all seems to depend on who you talk to.
