when to call concierge for reservations?

We have booked AKL club level for January. We received a nice letter from AKL describing the services available.
I e-mailed them some arrival info - but am hesitant to e-mail credit card # to reserve Sunrise Safari, so I have being trying to call. I get either "we are all busy" or the voice mail.
Any ideas on when's a non-busy time for the concierge staff in general? I imagine mornings and evenings are busy ... but any hints? :confused3
 
It is really hit and miss about getting Don or Juanita. They are great about calling back. Usually I hear back the same day. If not then definetly the next day. Leave a message they will call back.
 
I will try leaving a message. I'm just not always by a phone either :surfweb:
 
Definitely a good idea to not send your credit card information via e-mail. It's just not secure. You can fax it over to them with your safari reservation at 407-938-4759.
 

i know when i was dealing with the poly and wl staffs i would hear back within 3 hours or the lastest the nest day
i would take tammi advice and fax it over
 
You should email them asap and tell them you want to book SS but not give your # over the internet. They will then probably give you a time to call or call you at a time that is convenient to you.

I have given them # visa by email several times and never had a problem though.
