We have booked AKL club level for January. We received a nice letter from AKL describing the services available.
I e-mailed them some arrival info - but am hesitant to e-mail credit card # to reserve Sunrise Safari, so I have being trying to call. I get either "we are all busy" or the voice mail.
Any ideas on when's a non-busy time for the concierge staff in general? I imagine mornings and evenings are busy ... but any hints?
