When to Book?

My Twins want to go to HRH next August for thier Birthday. First of all when would I book this with the best chance of a good rate? And what would I use AP, ENT or AAA? I swear August 04 I paid $216 before tax at HRH club level. I see AAA is pricing out for those dates at $323 is that about right? thanks!!!
