when to book....

We are plannning to book threw Dave Robinson's condo and are wondering when to book. We would like to go at the end of August. My husband wants to wait until after Christmas before booking. I am worried that the condo we would like to rent will be taken. What do you guys think, am I getting myself worried for nothing....

If you want a specific home, I would book it now. More people inquire and book after thanksgiving, with even more booking after Christmas. If you leave it until after Christmas you may not get the specific unit you want - however you may be lucky and it might still be available.
