When to book Magical Express

When i booked my package I didn't know my flight times. Now i have booked the air tickets.

Quick questions: when should i book the transportation to The resort and how do I get ahold of them? (is there a toll-free number)

Easiest thing is to book DME at the same time you make your resort reservation. Either give information for a flight you think you'll book or ask Disney to leave the flight information as pending. Ariving flight information isn't really needed, I'd provide it if my flight is scheduled to land after 11p. You can give Disney your return flight information when you check in at the DME desk at MCO.

Make your reservation with whoever you made your resort reservation with. Use the same phone number. I don't think Disney has a toll free number for reservations but if you used one to make your reservation just use that number. Call your TA if you used a TA to make your reservations.

I'd say book your DME once you know your flight information. They will ask for your airline and flight number ... the arrival/departure times change often, so they will go by your flight number.

I've just phoned Disney reservations to add DME and the flight info to my reservation.

If you booked thru a travel agent you should have them make your DME ressies. If you booked thru WDW you should be able to call DME direct and make your own ressies. From what I've found the Disney's Magical Express guest services phone number is 866-599-0951.

Sorry to revive an old thread, but is possible to book your own ME if you booked through a TA? Having trouble getting the TA to respond. We're almost at the 30 day mark and I'd like to make sure it's booked

Give the DME number above a call and give it a try. If you have your resort confirmation code, you should be able to do it.

After trying, come on back and tell us if you were able to do it.
