When to book for 2005

I know I am always amazed that people are planning vacations so far in advance, and now here I am trying to do it for myself...

I want to take the kids on a cruise during easter break 2005 so I don't have to take them out of school (which I do yearly for our Disneyworld trip) and I REALLY want a category 1 cabin. I know I have to book the minute the cabins open up... we have had our travel agent fax our request already but I want to be on top of it just in case we miss that week I will simply book a different week and bite the bulet on taking the kids out of school, but I have to do it right away because those cabins are gone in flash...

so after all that my question is... does anyone know when they are opening up those cabins for booking for 2005???
