When to book dining plan by

Booked on points for a trip in February. How close to the trip can I add the dining plan? I have heard 30 days or more, but not sure.

Pretty sure cut off is 48 hours prior to check in day.

Yep. DVC can wait until 48 hrs before. All others are supposed to add it at least 72 hrs before. There have been scattered reports in recent months of people doing it day before and even at check-in, but I wouldn't count on that and make sure I did it before the historic cut-offs if I knew I wanted it. You will have to pay in full when you call to add that late.

I would assume so. Ever hear of Disney turning down more $$$ ?

Yes, but again, that upgrade has to be done at least 48 hrs before.
