When to arrive on EMH day if can't use the EMH?

Our only option for our end of April/early May trip is to do Hollywood Studios for a half day on departure day (I chose two full MK days instead of burning an entire day on DHS and only have having 1.5 MK days). That day for DHS is a "least recommended" park because of a.m. EMH. We are staying offsite so we can't take advantage of EMH but still have to go to the park. What time should we arrive at DHS? Is there any reason to get there any earlier than like 10 minutes before regular park opening time? I assume they won't be opening to offsite guests any earlier than the posted 9:00 so EMH is a legit full hour.

The consideration is that most guests can't possibly time their arrival down to the minute (especially with the new, unpredictable security checks,) so just be sure to factor in more time than you think, rather than less.
