When to arrive for MK

We are taking our two boys (1.5 and 3.5) to MK tomorrow. It opens at 8, but is that the real opening time or should I get there earlier? I was planning on doing morning until lunch and then head back for naps and then go back in the evening.

I hear that it opens up a bit earlier, perhaps half an hour earlier, in an effort to reduce crowds. I would try to get there earlier, 45 to an hour ahead with that in mind.
Transportation starts running at 7 and depending on where you are staying if on property, you might need to try to get there sooner.

Actual opening time will be 7:15AM.

If you are staying on Disney property, it is recommended you arrive at your resort transportation 90 mins prior to posted opening time if you wish to be there when the park opens, aka rope drop.
