I wish they would add some concierge. I'm sure it would fill up fast. I know I would love to stay concierge every time, but I also want to try out the new building. Darn new building!!

The 5 two bedroom units will be it at AKV.

Now when or if CRV comes around, maybe they will add more. I do think there will be more DVC concierge level rooms at other locations in the future.

I agree it would be nice but the issue there is that they would need to build and staff a second lounge. They would have to have (and fill) a lot of concierge rooms there to pay for all that since they wouldn't be getting part of their funds from hotel concierge guests. It would also cause a problem filling up the 6th floor in Jambo House and since that was probably one of the main reasons AKV got Concierge in the first place, that could be a problem.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe there can be any presales until a certain percentage is built, I think I read somewhere 70 percent?

The had a pre-sale for AKV SSR and BCV before they broke ground.

I know this cause I am a founding member for akv and i was a founding member of bcv.

I think they use some of the capitol from the pre-sales to build
