Newbie to concierge. Staying at BWI in Feb. Do the planners contact me - or should I send an email?? Do they get to make ADR's earlier than others can get for themselves? We are not doing the dining plan and I am concerned that it has raised the bar as far as getting ressies are concerned. Thanks for any help!

If there are places you want to eat like CRT, I would go ahead and contact them now. You are getting close to your 100 day mark so it would not be a bad idea for them to have the list of the ADRs you want in hand.

When we stayed ALk concierge, they were able to switch our PS at CG when the time of Wishes was changed. It was very close to the date and I was positive it could not be changed, but they did it!

Have fun! :cool1:

The Epcot resorts have, in my opinion, the best pre-planning staff around. I'd suggest sending them an e-mail at wdw.ybbw.concierge@disney.com and introduce yourself. They'll start by sending you out a packet of information with park maps, recreation guide, resort info and a questionnaire that might help you. They can't make any reservations before the 90 day or (90 + 10), but they can put "pending items" into their computer system. As soon as the reservation window opens up, your pending items are transformed into confirmations.
