Hi! We are going to wdw sept 10-18 from pittsburgh. Currently the flights are 127 which isnt bad but a few months ago they had 109 flights from pit to mco! Should I wait? Idk what to do...we flew sw from pit to mco in may 2011 and we booked for either 114 or 109 then a wk or so later they dropped to 89 or 84! They would credit us by giving us a voucher to use within the yr but it was 40 off a per and we werent able to go anywhere that yr! :-( any advice I would appreciate! :-)

hmmmm I don't know for sure, but I'm seeing some great sales pop up and disappear within hours,it seems random. I know that the 'good' flights for us are not what they used to be in terms of fares, now the cheapest flights are the airtran thru southwest flights, and choosing between 2 1/1 hours non stop or 4 1/2/ and change planes to save....I don't like it. Not nearly as 'easy' as it used to feel. I guess I'm trying to say I don't like what I'm seeing, maybe b/c glitches others are reporting but I find a flight that fits my needs, and I can swing it,I buy it b/c it seems like availability isn't what it used to be.....I just booked Nov. flights today, based on that idea.

If you think it is a good price now, book it. If there is a price drop SW will give you a credit if you contact them.

Hey!

For $18 per person, I'd say go ahead and do it and save yourself the aggrevation. As the PP said, you can always request a credit if it goes down. I'd just be nervous that the times I really want would go become unavailable.

If you can live with the price, just go for it. That's a small increase to pay for peace of mind.

Happy planning and have a super trip!

No, it goes back into each person's "travel funds". It will be a credit that you can apply to later travel. You have to use the credit (actually fly somewhere, not just buy tix) within 1 year of the original purchase.

$127 is pretty good. I would go for it. We are traveling in August and November. The lowest it's been for our August dates is $157. We jumped on the $127 for November.
