When should we book our next trip?

I am planning on a trip in 2016. I am due with baby #2 Jan. 8, 2016 and convinced DH to do DL next year. We are in Florida and I just love DL. We will go for 5 nights probably maybe 6 so we have time to take down time with two kids.

Between going in May 2016:

Most likely Mid May around our anniversary on the 17th. Baby would be 4 months and DD would be 3 yrs 4 months.

first week of dec

Baby will be 11 months and DD will be almost 4.

I would love to see Christmas there but not sure how crowded it would be. Is May super crowded?

We have been to DL late may, june and Sept in the pass.

Christmas is crowded, but so magical! May can also be crowded due to grad nites. I would suggest December because of Christmas and the kids being older. I have heard several interviews on the radio with disney staff stating that the diamond celebration will last 18 months meaning it could extend into Nov/Dec 2016.

We went in May last year and it was pretty warm. December sounds more pleasant for a new baby, plus all the fun Christmas decorations and treats! We have our first Christmas trip booked for the first week of December and I cannot wait!

Thanks. We have been in May and don't find it that bad. It is still cooler and less humid then here.

If at all possible would love to see the diamond celebration stuff. When will an end date be given?
