When should one rent for early Feb 04 trip

When should one rent for early Feb 04 trip? Assume somewhat flexible on resort - so here are some parameters:

It would be a Sun-Thurs trip

1 or 2 bedroom unit needed
BCV 1st Choice
BWV 2nd Choice
VWL 3rd Choice
OKW 4th Choice

Unfortunately, the non-peak times posted by Disney for the Resorts controlled through the Central reservation system are the peak times for DVC usage because of the lower point requirements for like accommodations. While early Febrauary may have availavbility longer than October, November and December, you are expressing an interest in staying at one of the two most popular Resorts in the DVC system. I would make your arrangements as soon as you can to be assured of your first or second choice. I usually have points available at all of the DVC Resorts inside Disney World as well as Vero Beach. I already made my own Feb 04 ressies to get the resort and room type I wanted. DVC allows 11 month ressies at the place where the person purchased the points and 7 months at all others. Feb can be popular so you may want to think about it soon.
