Easy fix is to also make that deck 14 in the front adult only. Ditch the lifeguard on the Chip and Dale pool and have it open more than a couple of hours. The bar is already there.Hate hearing this. Have heard many people with similar complaints. Adult Disney is a very real thing and Disney missing on this is big one. They need to correct it. Ugh
Our thoughts exactly. Put in some new comfortable loungers, make it kid free and it could be a satellite falls dupe. The other kid areas are far enough away that it could be relatively quiet back there. And they already play great music back there.Easy fix is to also make that deck 14 in the front adult only. Definitely enjoyed the instrumental Disney tunes they were playing on the deck. Our thoughts exactly. Put in some new comfortable loungers, make it kid free and it could be a satellite falls dupe. They are all on Apple Music if you want to hear them at home!Definitely enjoyed the instrumental Disney tunes they were playing on the deck.
That is actually a great point— the adult area crowding could get even worse once the average Wish/Destiny/Treasure cruiser has already sailed it a couple times and doesn’t feel the need to try everything all over the ship… we’re on like the second or third sailing of the Destiny so it’s not going to be a problem yet!We sail on the Destiny next year and will just assume the adult area will be the same as other two ships. It does help that we only have one sea day and may just have to find another area to hang out if it’s busy. Or just have fun exploring the new ship!
Not sure what you mean by vibe, my DD and her husband loved the adult pool area, that’s about all they liked of the treasure. Hung out there everyday, BUT they like to socialize and interact with others, they are in their 30s. Many interesting stories every night at dinner, definitely not my kind of scene.I am currently on the Treasure and agree with the lack of shaded adult areas. I am not liking the vibe of the Adult area at all and it truly seems like an afterthought and forced. Not enough room and the sea day we had so far it was so crowded! Ugh. Not relaxing at all. We are forced to find a shade lounger on the fake Satellite Falls area but it gets very, very chaotic. I agree with all the above posts-we love this ship and are longtime Disney cruisers but they truly missed the mark on the Adult areas on this class. My husband and I need shade and simply cannot be out in the hot blazing sun for hours on end and the adult areas are a huge disappointment sure.
