When should I go between 24 March - 9 April?

Hi. I live in Northern Ireland and will be visiting family in California this Spring and want to visit Disneyland, probably as a solo visitor. It will be Easter while I'm there and I know schools will have Spring Break. When would he the best time to visit for 2-3 days during my dates? Thank you.

According to websites, spring breaks for California start around March 28 and then can range up to April 10, so I would recommend going at the beginning of your trip for a less busy time. However, Disneyland is not as busy as Disney World. I have gone before at the beginning of August in summertime and the waits still haven't been more than an hour or so. The only time I would say avoid for crowds is Christmas week. Then it is chaos. There may be less rehabs going on when Disneyland expects more crowds so this is something to consider too. Also they sometimes will run more boats or vehicles on rides during busier times thus making lines shorter even though there are more people in the park.

Thanks Fireflyblue for the very prompt response. I've never visited WDW, just Disneyland Paris, which I love, but am really excited to be visiting Walt's original park.

Keep in mind that there are a lot of rehabs that (as of right now) are scheduled to end on April 2, in time for Easter. Make sure that an earlier trip won't be missing anything 'crucial' for you and your family!
