When should I get my travel documents?

We are leaving Sept 24 and staying at POP for a week. We paid our trip in full mid July. When should we get our travel documents? I purchased halloween tickets at the same and got them two days later! Just seems like I should have something by now.

You should be getting your reservation confirmations within the next two weeks, since I got mine approximately 3 weeks ago for Sept 3-10 trip. Also if you enrolled in ME, a seperate package will arrive within a couple of days with your ME tickets.

I am a TA and my clients that are going September 19th just got their's yesterday. The hotel confirmation came last week but the ME package was a week later.

Should be either 21 days out or 14 days out that you should get them. For me, I'm 10 days out with nothing. Our TA had to reorder my package through Disney cause they got lost in the mail. So I should be getting a package on Wednesday of this week.

I got my documents about 8 days before leaving for WDW. I guess it depends on the mail.

We check in at Disney on the 28th, and we received ours today, so you should be receiving yours soon.
