When should i expect my tickets from Virgin?

I know i could phone them but i also know that "you lot" will have the answers too!!

When should I expect my tickets from Virgin? Have already bought and received all of my park tickets (- bought on on-line from somewhere i forget, did it that long ago) and got the dosh.
Just don't know when to expect the tickets!!!!!!

I want them now so i can read them 100 times (i get nervous in case there is a mistake on the them that i don't notice so have to read through them every few days before going and also it feels like i'm REALLY GOING!!!!! - lunatic!)

We are flying on the 10th August and received our tickets from Virgin last Wednesday (23rd) - and again on Saturday LOL

Don't ask me why they sent two lots of tickets- even the chap at Virgin customer services didn't know why we had two sets

We used to get our Virgin tickets when we booked via a travel agents about 7-8 weeks in advance. Since we've been using Virgin direct, they send out 2 weeks before you're departure date. Must admit I miss having them nice and early , but then I guess it's one less thing to have to hide away and then frantically try and remember where I've stashed everything
