Guys could you help me out when would you Disneyland goers suggesting downloading the Disneyland App when your Trip would be a Year in the future???

Would you consider it doing it already now or when should I do it the latest for my 2025 late Summer Trip in September???.

And when usually could you get the tickets in the package to link it to the reservation that it is linked?

Will the Bell desk at check in can help later on to link tickets and such to a magic band+is it kinda true that only DCA has the same turnstiles for the bands and at the OG they may scan the band with their special phones there just like they do with some of the guests that showing the tickets via their MDE App????

Can you link your things Online on your PC or have you do it for both via phone as well that it is done for both platforms???

Is it possible to book dining the 60 days prior via the App or must it be done at a other platform??? Can you do it on PC on the DL Website just like it was possible with WDW Homepage????

How does it work with a Magic Band+ to get the links with LLMP (multipass), the photos tickets and such to can use the Band for those rather to have to use the app and phone is that all connected immediately after you linked the band with the App on your Phone??? Is it just like that or have you do something else to have all linked???

Can you pay the fullrod package via Cash as well or did the machines only accepting cards? And what is the price of those still $30,- or already a little bit more???

How does it work with Ride Photos. Are there those stations with the plenty pics where you can scan the band or must you find your pic and better make a pic to have the number how does it work or is it getting put on directly to the app????

How much costs a good MB+ around $35,--$45,- kinda and which is the best place in DTD to get the best selection, World of Disney???? or has the other stores some selection not sure how much the PPH (pixar pl. hotel) has in offer.

Can you also use the GCH entry to DCA as well as PPH Guest in the morning to get inside Grizzly Peaks area rather than getting into your personal entry to Paradise Gardens Pier Area instead on Pixar Pier near by at early morning time???

Which Rides would you suggesting that would be good for a final goodbye on the last half day from morning til 12 p.m. in the OG DLR Park what would be a good memory riding or doing in that park with that few hours before leaving for my PPH having lunch in that Maple Restraurant before traveling to HOLLYWOOD???

So a lot of questions that hopefully someone can help me here with as first timer for the OG on the WEST COAST after being on the EAST COAST before twice.

You should get the app now because it’s free and it’s fun to look at and if you’re not used to it play with it to see how it works. There’s a drop-down at the top where you can change from attractions to dining and restrooms, etc., on the map section of it that’ll give you a really good glimpse of where things are. Plus, it’s nice to watch the wait times for the rides and see the trends. Plus you can click on all the restaurants to the app and view the menus to see what you might be interested in. I do it all the time because I love Disney and planning and things are always changing.

I could be wrong, but I think the fuel price went up to $40. Maybe somebody can verify. But it’s definitely card not cash cash.

I think a memorable exit from the park would be lunch at the blue Bayou and a ride on pirates of the Caribbean. I would do that instead of the great maple.

Thanks yeah I will try definitely Pirates, Haunted Mansion, maybe Magical Life with Walt the new thing, BTM, Jungle Cruise but I already will eat on my trip at the Blue Bayou and I want to eat in those Hotel Restaurant since it is easier for me cuz I have to be there anyways getting my luggage and than say goodbye taking a UBER to HOLLYWOOD. I can´t go to late since I want to try to see Griffith Observatory after check in and quick shower. To see a little bit of it and the Hollywood sign from there before getting back for Dinner in their Restaurant.

But yeah not a bad choice but I don´t want to eat twice there especially when I will have Dinner the Day before also a nice end to a full Day at the OG so almost the same idea minus the time frame :earboy2: :yay:but thanks for that good advise. I know at least what I can´t do park hop when it is only possible after 11 a.m. a hour in DCA not sure how worthy it would be that´s why I rather say goodbye to the good OG maybe I will be able to comeback one Day (when all the new rides are finished and ready)

My bucket list needs to be filled before with Trips in 2027/2029 and maybe to JAPAN in 2033 for the 50th Anniversary than I would have done it for me celebrating MK 50th/ DLP 30th/ DL 70th and with big luck TOKYODL 50TH the hattrick the big FOUR and maybe than I will be able to return to DL OG and DL PARIS as well there I may could be more often but who knows not easy or cheap and we getting older with those yrs coming leaving so fast by.

The apps really good to check certain menus when the parks are open .you can select order mobile order now and they you can see a pic to go along with description. I wish the normal menu had pics

yeah understandable the poor text writtings alone doesn´t help too much but at least give a clue what at least we would get to eat but yes pictures would be sweeter to even see how those things look like. Food Reviews like DFB (Disney Food Blog) are helpful but often mostly for WDW and not so often for DL items.

But I already have been through the text menus so I certainly knowing what I want to eat and drink :rotfl2: yeah wild I know with over a Year on time maybe I would change my mind if they offering some nice 70th stuff we will have to wait and see what Disney is offering us in the coming months and what Dining has in store for the 70th Anniversary.

I am on a Budget and will not use my Card for food since I have only prepaid and a certain limit per week and besides didn´t want to lose track on what I have spended and since I will pay gratuities with cash anyways it is easier to paying all with cash.

That I will have notice how much I have spended and how much I have left. Since I stay onsite that is heavy pricey not much room left my budget it tight fingers crossed some discounts occur again down the road but hopefully soon enough that it can be applied and saves me Money again.
