When should I call and reserve a PS?

Hi we are going in Mid July, and I plan on doing some reservations for dinners. Any suggestions on where to eat? Also, when should I call and make the reservations? We have two boys, 3 and 6. We would like to do a couple character meals, maybe one for breakfast.

Since you're within the 90 day timeframe for making PS's, I would suggest calling as soon as you've decided where you want to eat. July can be a busy time at WDW, so you'll probably want to make a PS for any meal that you don't want to take a chance on missing.

As far as character meals go...if you want Mickey and friends, Chef Mickey's would be a great choice for your little guys. If they like Pooh and company, Crystal Palace would be a lot of fun.

If you're 90 days out I would call now. July is a busy month. I would suggest Chef Mickeys, Liberty Tree Tavern, Sci Fi, Ohana and Crystal Palace.

We went last June when our boys were 6 and 8. We did the character breakfast at Chef Mickeys - we all loved that one. Also did the lunch at Crystal Palace. Food was very good, boys got a lot of autographs - very enjoyable. Our boys also enjoyed the dinner at Ohana and breakfast at Kona.
