Yes, the best sourced people on the inter webs say it has not been decided what order the parks will open in, or if they will open all at once or not.

There has been no information from Disney regarding opening or which parks will open. There is no reason to believe EPCOT will not be open.

OK I've been trying to keep up with announcements. Thought maybe I missed one.

Gosh, I hope Epcot is open at Christmas (if WDW is). We purposely chose BWV to stay at just to be close to Epcot.

Interesting about them possibly changing the Tiers and maybe bumping Soarin' down to Tier 2. That would solve a FP+ issue I've been struggling with during planning.
