My feeling is, If you have the money and that's what you want to spend it on, more power to ya. Personally, I could think of other ways to spend the amount of money some people put into plastic surgery.

The one exception to that is when parents "gift" their 16 year old daughter with breast implants (I've heard of this several times as a sweet 16 gift).
