When might we hear of a Zootopia m&g?

I'm still baffled wdw will have the zootopia animal characters on a MK parade but not Animal Kingdom. Since the movie seems to be doing really well so far, hopefully they'll consider doing something more than this

Has anyone seen "character" Joy & Sadnesses anywhere? How much can it cost to develop and create the costumes?

We met them at our Hong Kong Disneyland Trip last summer. They did meet and greet and sign autographs too. It was done as a seasonal event to go with the movie, NOT a special event exclusive to media.
So, the (multiple) costumes are done, the textbook for how to act as the characters are done, and they have developed the m+g place like the emotions control centre just like in the movie. So, everything is already developed and can be done, quick.

By the way, we also met Anna, Elsa, Kristoff and Olaf on that same day as well. So, things are all do-able.

Don't keep telling me about the different budgets and how expensive it is to build a costume. I hate to see these reasons for delaying m+g.

And seriously, why do Disney like to always "run behind"? Why are they still working on Joy and Sadness when the hype is on Zootopia now?

We saw Zootopia yesterday in a FULL theater. First showing of the day and people were waiting outside for the doors to open. My daughter asked to see it again before leaving the theater. I suspect every kid in that theater would want to meet Judy and Nick - I sure would.

Same here, first show of the day yesterday and the theatre was nearly full. And yes, I'm going back today - and I'm going 15 minutes earlier, expecting a full house again and wanting my choice of seats (although yesterday's was fine).

I know there's no answer for this, but I'm totally obsessing and just wanted to say something...

I'm getting really pumped for Zootopia on March 4 and am loving what I've seen of Judy and Nick, the lead characters. I would love it if there was a M&G with either or both of them during my trip in April.

How far in advance of a new movie release does Disney usually announce and/or start a new m&g? I am still bummed that they have yet to give us a regular m&g with Joy and Sadness from Inside Out. It seems to me that when they have started m&gs with the leads from the newest movies, we've known about it at least a little in advance of the release.

I know, I need to just prepare myself for disappointment when March 4 gets here and nothing happens, but they've already broken my heart by taking away Phineas & Ferb. Please, Disney, please, let us meet the bunny & the fox!

(And even if there is no answer to my question, someone tell me I'm not the only one looking forward to the movie.)

Just yesterday my daughter asked about a Zootopia meet and greet, when the movie wasn't released until our last day at Disney. (Minor details to a 5 year old.)

It's doing well in my neck of the woods, where our spring break was just a sad, cold mess.
