When making ressies lately???

Have you been put on hold for long periods of time??? Used to be that I could chat with the CM's while they were looking stuff up...last too calls they put me on hold and play music while they are looking stuff up....

Is it just me or has this happend to others..

Just happened to me last night while I was making new reservations. I did have a new lady though, and was talking her through quite a bit of what I needed to be done. She put me on hold to find the AP code and approve it with her supervisor, and also when she went to get the dates I needed. I was at hockey practice with nothing but time on my hands so it was no biggie.

The last couple of times I've been put on hold. However, last week when the AP rates came out I wasn't put on hold. The cast member was able to chat and do her thing at the same time. I have a feeling it was because I called so early that their computers weren't overloaded yet.

I think there are lots of new CM's taking reservations and getting put on hold while they verify information and get it right is better than having them chat and get it wrong.

I made a rez the other day and the guy was so 'hot' to upsell me on different things, that I'm not entirely sure he got my info right. I'm waiting for my confirmation and then I'll call down and make sure he got me down for Magical Express, etc.
